What error messages are you getting? I think I have saved searches for most errors, I might have one that would work for you. Typically when I find one in error I start by creating a saved search that will return the record in error, I've made searches related to a specific error message, or I have created searches that pull in multiple records in error. One of the catch all searches I have is for a Revenue Plan that is in status not started when the subscription start date was the beginning of the prior month. There are lots of possibilities

A scheduled saved search will return only those records in error and you can set it to email when there are results. I have only seen a handful of errors and many of those can be prevented by process changes or simple rule changes. I asked for examples of error messages as I likely have a search already designed that I could send to you to base future searches from.
