Hey everyone, I just put in a ticket to Net Suite customer support. I have been getting an error when trying to save a work order. " an unexpected error has occurred." ... anyone else.. at anytime .. like EVER had something like this? its strange. It doesn't happen on every work order. just a few ... ? would love some help. I will pledge two full hours to our lovely Slack community helping out with questions/problems/ anything 🙂 thanks guys!.. P.S. how is everyone liking the "Blue Band-aid"... Net Suite. try disabling any scripts or workflows on the work order record and see if that resolve it. If it does, then add them back one at a time to determine which one is getting an error.

compare the successful work order with the failed one and find the delta.

@Gregory> setup > company > general preferences and then uncheck the box “oracle guided learning” uncheck that box.

Try dashboard> set preferences as well. They may have taken it off from general preferences and made it individual
