1. Comfortable shoes. And it's not a formal event - biz casual for sure. 2. Agenda Builder is your friend. 3. RSVP for after conference events, even if you don't need that product/service (yet) - great networking there. Some of the best I've ever found at any conference. Not everyone wants to sell you something right then and there (even if they have something to sell). 4. If you don't get a seat at one of the lunch table groups, it doesn't hurt to go anyway and get an open seat from a no-show. Same with sessions that are marked as full. 5. Get Slack on your phone and keep up with all these fine people during the show. We had lunch table meetups, after-hours meetups, etc. Faces to names and all that.
