Does anyone have experience with ShipJunction? Our fulfillment emails to customers don't have the tracking number in them because netsuite thinks theyre a FedEx number when they are actually USPS / UPS. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this. ShipJunction is writing the tracking number into the netsuite records - and far as I can tell the tracking numbers are correct... but the customer isn't getting the tracking number in their automated fulfillment email

the issue, though, appears to be in the email.. netsuite isn't serving the tracking number to the fulfillment email 😕

ahhh i found the problem!! thanks @Steve Goldberg... we were using the wrong short codes!
