@alien4u you’re not wrong, but right now I’m in a unique position at this company, we are taking our 15-year-old NS instance that is HEAVILY customised and has been used by our team of about 40 people, and expanding it out to a team of what will be about 500 people (with a similar scale-up of products, procedures, business flows, etc) and going into a multi-subsidiary environment. I’ve been doing 99% of the customisation since I joined the team about 7 years ago so right now we have new devs but they have LOTS to learn so I wear many hats. It’s a big challenge but super exciting.
