Hi All, I updated my key in Cybersource key on Payment Processing Profile this morning. All cash sales are failing due to a Gateway Error. If I re-process the cash sale it goes through to Cybersource just fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
In case anyone comes across this post. Netsuite caches the Cybersource api key. This cache is purged nightly. In my case where the key expired mid day and the new key was uploaded. Transactions continued to fail until midnight when the cache was purged.
