09/07/2023, 10:29 PMsales orders create contracts, contract has contract items and contract duration. the contract renewal scripts check contracts everyday to find those are up for renew (x number of days you define). the script auto generates renewal transactions, opps/sales orders you define. that's pretty much it.

09/07/2023, 10:51 PMMy client has 2 US-based subsidiaries that currently use FreshBooks and Quickfill for billing customers, subscription renewals, and revenue recognition. They have been using said systems for 10 years. Only 2 employees have knowledge of the systems and related business processes. We need to migrate them to NetSuite OneWorld. Could you please provide me any roadmap of how do I understand their requirements and give them solution ?

09/08/2023, 3:59 PMI'm not qualified. experienced implementation expert team is needed. that's the solution. it's not a job for an in house tech or accountant to take on. unless the company is starting from scratch.
