guided Learning - Has Anyone got Guided Learning in 2023.2 yet? Release Notes show Guided Learning available in 2023.2 now. Both our Sandboxes are 2023.2, Production still on 2023.1 but neither Sandbox has Guided Learning. NS Support also advise Guided Learning is not available in Release Preview accounts, which I find odd.

Good Morning! Out of curiosity - How did you get both sandboxes on 2023.2 when production is on 2023.1?

I think it's due to our Production account was in Phase 1, so early August, but we pushed it back to late September. NetSuite then upgraded the Sandbox accounts in Phase 1.

We updated over the weekend and have it on Prod. Sandboxes are updating this weekend, so can't comment on that. FYI: you can turn it on/off in Set Preferences.

@Mark C Thanks, the option in SET PREFS just isnt there to turn it on in Sandbox.
