How to use Other Record Fields in CRM Records?

Going to want to expand on that question mate, "use" in what context? Workflow? report? Search? Script? CSV Import? etc etc etc

Hi @NElliott. I want to create a Other Record Field that I'll be using in Case Record. Use case is that the Custom CRM Fields are not visible in Boomi Integration.
