Is it possible to change the "Items" title to another ?

it is not exposed for change in setup >Company>Rename Records/Transactions,

I’m not sure if you can rename this via workflow or hide this button and create another that does the same function but rename it differently. Just an idea but I’ve never had a need to do this.

as far as I know you can not change object's name via workflow. There might be an option to use DOM but not recommended, don't wanna open up can of worms, more trouble for too little gain. Just train the users.
