Has anyone encountered this issue before? I created a custom item field (free-form text, store value checked). It appears in the Item fields… join of a transaction saved search in the Criteria subtab but not in the Results subtab. It also appears in an Item saved search. Why is it not showing on the Item fields… join of a transaction saved search? It does not appear to be an option at all.

Happens some times. Takes a day or two, then it suddenly appears in the results of an transaction search

I have the same issue.. well, item fields were added quite a while ago , but they still don't appear in an transaction saved search.

I definitely expect it when adding new fields. But never more than a day.

let say your field id is "Is Checked" and you have created it on transaction Form from customization>>new line field. If this is the scnario then search "Is Checked (Custom Column) " in Results tab not in item fields...
