Anyone know how to set the max width of an image in advanced PDF? It seems the CSS max-width property is not being respected

adding a style="width: 50; height: 50;" works for me.

attr will stretch the image width, rather than cap it like max-width does

Never gotten anything but style inline to work - it only stretches if dimensions do not match so its not hard to get a decent result
