@jacksonp million updates every 3 hours? NetSuite won't handle million updates in 3 hours. Even if you get 3 suiteplus licenses it won't be enough.It's not feasible. You must have some logic to identify the lines that were indeed changed.

I was going to suggest that only update changed records/fields rather than everything. Makes it more complicated, but also more efficient.
