i have an example a friends business needed a button on a journal entry that popped up a window, you entered a date and it put it on a field. NetSuite professional services had over 90 pages of documentation for them to sign for design (it was a giant word doc), claimed at least a month of development and said they were putting a new guy on it. It was going to cost around 20k and they were going to charge $275/hr.
