Yeah...... that's what we are doing each time. Since we have a lot of complicated implementation on lots of different verticals and business processes, so we find our share of defects/misbehavior. Almost each time it gets to it, although it's not always helping. After 7 years that I am working with NetSuite, not alot can surprise me 🙂
