@mattdahse ahh ok. makes sense! so i have this saved search i can use to start the process of accomplishing my end goal. next step would be to grab the 150 top items from these results, then check inventory counts for them. im guessing the map-reduce is preferable, because whatever lookup i need to do in the reduce stage would be parallelized, vs something like a for loop which wouldn't be?
