Was there a Sandbox refresh, by chance? A lot of devs usually hardcode URL's in Suitelets (I'm guilty of this), and when there is a sandbox refresh, my Suitelet is looking for system.na1.netsuite.com, yet it should be pointing to system.sandbox.netsuite.com
