@faizal.somani I suggest you to debug your scripts in netsuite sandbox (or dev instances), I don't think there is any eclipse plugin to leverage the netsuite debugging features directly into eclipse, so your script won't be linked to a netsuite instance and essentially just test the syntax

Eclipse does have this feature, and it does connect to your netsuite instance and load your data. Ive used it to test/create scheduled scripts.
