Hi All, Is anyone worked on task to correct the first name and last name issue of customer record

Are you talking about the issue where a user creates an account not in NetSuite with a

first name

,

last name

, and

company name

... NetSuite will create a

contact

record with both the first name and last name inside the

First Name

field?

We have this issue too 😐 We've looked through all the models and stuff and we couldn't figure out it. We put this ticket back into our backlog.
