If the parameter in on the Suielet, you wont be able to access it in another script. The workaround to this is to make the parameter a select Company Preference in the Preference field of the Script Parameter page. You can then set the value of the parameter by going to Setup > Company > Preference. In that page you should see a 'Custom' tab, this is where you will find your parameter.
