Geez, i'm trying to think how to phrase this question... its not really SS related, but deployment related... we have a new audit team that wants to know when/why we logged into production, and why/what we changed. For my releases i have detailed release notes, and the SDF deploy.xml highlights all scripts/objects added/changed.
