@alien4u @girieshg The problem is that they are using the sales order department and the comp requester department as different things than they seem to be intended by NetSuite. They use Sales Order department to represent the department of the person entering the sales order. They want the department of the person requesting the comp (not necessarily the person entering it) to be captured for GL Impact.
