Good to know @mattdahse and @priya. Maybe the 'NetSuite way' of deploying this, at the time you deployed it (10:30 AM 10/9/17), would have been to make two deployments: the 10:30AM 10/9/17 one (but have it end by 10/9/17), then schedule a second one for 10/10/17 starting at 12:00AM?
