Are there any errors? I'm not really sure why this isn't working but as I said I've not worked with workflow action scripts before, do you see anything in the logs?

In fact, one thing that may be causing trouble is line 17 of what you posted, the Item Count in details should be like this `details: itemCount` <@U5TNEF7FW>

I did remov the logs though but now i will try and see if they log.

Yeah add the logs back in, that way we will at least know if the code is running

not running as nothing in the chrome console.

if you want to log to chrome console you have to do console.log instead of log.debug

Just checked script log and the count of 1 is in there

also if you are looking in chrome console you can add in `debugger;` to just before the first log then you could step through the code

It is a before record load button added on view.

I don;t think i need to actually load the record.

I wonder if the record has to be in edit mode for it to work?
