Hi all, I am trying to filter the results of a customer search based on a comparison between a custom date field that stores value and a custom date field that does not store value. The 2nd field that does not store value gets the value from a search so it only shows the value on the Customer record. I am trying to return only the customer records where these 2 fields don't match. Is this possible using any formula? I have used the below formula which throws me an error: CASE when {custentity108} != {custentity_date_of_next_purchase} end -> Summary type: Formula(Date) and I am saying this formula is not empty in the criteria. Any pointers how I fix this?
