Is anybody having issues with role conflicts between NetSuite and NetSuite CXM/CMS/Site Management Tools/whatever we’re calling it now? I’ve always had issues staying logged in to the CMS even when I was logged into NetSuite for some reason, but this is a whole new level.
Now, every time I have the CMS open in one window and NetSuite backend open in the other, the NetSuite backend keeps giving me the “This tab requires a different role” error and saying it requires me to be an administrator (regardless of where I am--even if I’m on the main dashboard). Changing to that role signs me out of the CMS and the whole loop starts over again… 😠
