Advanced PDF: we want a text right above the footer on the last page only. Cant find a way. Anyone have an idea? 

unfortunately not possible due to limitations of BFO, the rendering engine for NetSuite's advanced PDF templates.
Some workarounds:
• SuiteAnswer 50767: <https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/50767/loc/en_us|Add Last Page in Advanced PDF Template to Overcome Limitation of BFO's Inability to Specify Last Page>
• Add the text at the end of your `body` content. This won't be aligned to be right above the footer.
• Include the content in the footer of every page.
