Trying to save a non-zero rate in the

SO item sublist field using a custom Tax Code configured with a 0.00% rate. When I save, the SO tax amount is reset to zero. If I set the Tax Code's rate to a non-zero amount, I can set an arbitrary tax rate on the item sublist and it works. Is there some bug associated with a 0.00% Tax Code?
