Am I a buckethead, or does community.oracle.com just not work at all. Their articles always pop up at the top of google searches, but even after logging in, it just says, you don't have permission to do that.

If this is for things like NSAW, yeah, you can't get in unless you have a CSI number. Which you can't get because you didn't buy from 'Oracle'.
Maddening when it comes to NSAW related stuff.

Seems like every topic for me

hmmm. I'm able to get into the communities. I only have trouble when it's Oracle-specific stuff.
Try resetting your account? It's a different login then NetSuite, but should be the same for LCS, SuiteWorld, etc.

With most Oracle help pages I either end up in an endless login loop, or the page just refuses to load.
That’s why I rely on all y’all instead.

We have PBCS (directly through oracle, not NSPB) so I do have a CSI number, but I thought I was able to create an oracle support account for free even without that (but it's been a while so maybe I'm misremembering). Regardless I would think the NS account reps should be able to activate/validate it somehow, shouldn't they?
but I guess not if you're freelancing. gotta give NetSuite those 💵

I have an account and can log in...
j
🤷‍♂️ seems to work for me. What's the permission error you're getting.

Any article I click on ever. I can see the preview, I log in and it says you don't have permission to do that.
j
and you're signing in with a My Oracle Support account? Not some sort of NetSuite login?
