Hi All, has anyone created a daily/weekly email that goes out to PO approvers with a list of POs to be approved and the links to the POs? Has anyone also attached pdf invoices (communication files) and the approval history to PO emails?

You can create a scheduled saved search for this. PO links you can generate through the formula html field. The moment you add history in saved search schedule email, it will look extremely messy, but with script you can create your own layout. So for the last 2 part (approval history and communication files) you might have to use a MR/schedule script if you need everything.. Also mails just for this becomes too much at one point, at least imo. Since approvers have the access to Netsuite just give them a search which will give them the list of POs they have to approve, which they can check weekly.
