Hey All,
I am facing a little issue and this might be a noob question. When I click on accept payment for my invoice, I want to see the credits in my payment record which I think comes from journal entries. But there are no credit entries in my payment record. Do I have to enable any feature or create a workflow or am I missing something?

Did you select the entity name in the journal?

In the name field at line level, yes

Then, it should work. Did you use the same AR account?
Aside from journal, you can use credit memo.

If they are indeed journal entries, did you populate the Name column with the customer value?

The AR account is same, and the name column is filled with Customer Name. I'll try again and with the credit memo too. Thank You.
