Under opportunity there is communication -> messages. when new record is created is send email automatically, how i can edit the template and recipients ? i looked into documents > templates > email templates and it not appearing in there

There is a script/or workflow that is likely automatically sending the email.

Also try checking under the Preferences tab of the customer record, maybe the Email checkbox is checked?
