Hey all, My name is Aidin, I am the product lead at ServiceRocket. We have been using NetSuite for the past 5-6 years and adopted by most of our our operational and services teams. As a fully agile organisation, we use Atlassian ecosystem and specifically Jira for project delivery and product development. over the years we have created our custom solutions to bridge the gap between the day to day work done on Jira and resource planning and operational work on NS. We are looking into expanding this solution to other organisations that may have faced with similar challenges.
