Hi :wave: I have a problem with merging customers...

08/15/2023, 8:51 AMHi š I have a problem with merging customers. Some I can merge and others I can not (they just dont appear in the dropdown).
After a lot of testing I can device my customers into 3 groups:
ā¢ 1 - Can merge with group 1, 2 and 3
ā¢ 2 - Can merge with group 1 and 2
ā¢ 3 - Can only merge with group 1
I can not find any pattern when looking at the fields of the customers, but I am sure there is one.
Anyone know what the issue could be?

08/15/2023, 11:42 AMIf you're in a country with VAT, it may be that they have different VAT registration numbers? I found that on SuiteAnswers.
