Question around User-Acceptance Testing (UAT) before going live. Does anyone have tips or advice on making sure that all of daily/weekly/month functions that we do today in our legacy system are fully vetted in our new NetSuite instance? Or a document they found helpful?

If you're using/working with/are a consulting company, they should have a template. Ask if they can scrub a prior client's one of identifying details or use that as a basis to create one for you. If you're really desperate, sometimes digging into your audit testing scenarios covers a decent bit of your process. That's a good starting place, but every future user kinda does need to add cases for what they do. Inevitably people won't add cases and then be all miffed that NetSuite isn't working "the way it's supposed to" during go-live but if you offered them the chance to add UAT scenarios and they didn't do it, it's a lot easier to defend your implementation. User engagement during the implementation process (before go-live) I'd say is the #1 challenge of any implementation, and if you have a lot of that, it goes a long way to mitigating deficiencies in other areas.
