Hi All, is there any way to populate a value from system notes to a custom field from workflow?

Without scripting, I usually do this by creating a custom field populated by summarized saved search (non-stored). And then have a scheduled workflow that copies the value from that non-stored custom field to a stored custom field if I need it in reports, etc.
