Hello is there any way to delete the posted time tracking record. I'm trying to delete a service item but not able to as it has a dependent transaction time tracking but I'm not able to delete as its throwing can't delete posted time tracking. Any lead is appreciated thank you.

Has it been invoiced? Or have you generated the posting time Journal?

There is no invoice created on it and there seems to be no transaction associated with it as well but there seems to be two journal entries with the same internal id in saved search not sure why though could it cause any issue

You can automatically post the labor cost from the time entry as Journal Entries using the Post Time functionality. That could be it?

Thank you so much i think this might be the root cause for it. Makes sense why i wasn't able to delete the service item,time tracking and journal entry. I'm trying to void the time transaction now but i don't see the void time which should be available in the transactions>financial> void time.

Are you using an Administrator role?

Yes mine is an admin role as well not sure why I'm not able to see post time as well

Do you have Project Costing and Budgeting enabled under Enable Features?

You need to enable that feature in order to post time entries.
