Hello All! I have a client struggling to get support from Expensify. They recently acquired a company and are having issues getting anyone on a call to help with settings and additions that need to be made. Has anyone experienced this and have tips that I can take back to my client?

They are wanting help with general setup for an acquisition. I am planning a call with them to breakdown all of their issues and hoping I can maybe figure some of it out, but they are saying even just getting someone on a call has been a struggle.

Make sense. Maybe have the call, gather questions and send them over.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. If they can articulate their issues a little clearer they might have more luck.

A lot of stuff gets pushed through Concierge (not a fan), but if they happen to know who their account rep is - they should be able to reach out there as well (might be listed when choosing main policy/policy overview - i kinda forget where to find it)
