Hey all. Having trouble approving a timesheet. I keep getting an error message “John Smith must be assigned to Sales”. How do I correct this and what is it referring to?

Do you have department restrictions in place and a department named "Sales"?

I figured it out. The error message means the employee was not assigned to the project. Once I added him, then I could approve the timesheet.

ah, I figured it was the proper name of something. Guessed department, but a Project does make more sense for time errors. (not a ton of people with projects module tho). Glad you got it working!
