Hi all! I just want to confirm, is NetSuite performing some maintenance on demo accounts? I am unable to successfully refresh website record's search index. A few days back we experienced same issue on live production accounts but that got resolved after a while. Has anyone experienced something like this?

Not exactly. We are migrating accounts to OCI. If your test drive account’s search service isn’t working, that means it hasn’t been migrated and you should raise a support case so it can be prioritised.

@Steve Goldberg thanks for the suggestion but demo accounts don't have permission to raise support case via SuiteAnswers. Is there another way? Currently we don't have any other account we can use to raise support case. Note: We tried refreshing search index via other ways: updating items records or updating PVC but those aren't triggering index refresh in job status.

Well yeah you need to be a partner or customer to do this. If you're not one of those, I would question why you have a TSTDRV account but that's not for me to ask about
You will need to get the owner to raise the case using their production account

And rebuilding the search index won't do anything as the infrastructure that it relies on has been decommissioned
