How do you get the customer number and ID at the top of the customer record together, now only showing ID. There is an option somewhere but can't find it...

Our customer ID and number are the same, is this a different field. for your company? If so you should be able to customize the form and move it up to where you want it. You could uncollapse the form and command F search for the customer number to find where it is.

@Kendra Borkholder I mean just above the edit button, I have customers that just show the Customer ID and then also customers that show ID + Name. I want it to be ID + Name for all customers

Sounds like you’ve turned on Auto-numbering for customers after you have set some up without Auto-numbering.
