Hi All I have a question regarding NetSuite Assembly Unbuild. We have a couple of Part numbers that have negative lot values in the system. Z203732 (MS4-230714) they were able to do an unbuild on lot never built Z203172 (MS4-230714) they completed an Item Fulfillment but stock/lot was never built Z203732 (MS4-230713) they were able to do an unbuild on lot never built Shouldn’t an unbuild only be allowed if the combination had been previously recorded? How can we ship a lot/part not previously built? In terms of cleaning the report up. What is the best way? For the Unbuild’s is best to rebuild? And for the item fullfillment, do an adjustment?

for your first question, my money's on someone altering the build transaction retrospectively, either changing the lot number, or deleting the build entirely. The deletion you should be able to check for using the deleted transaction audit. The change in lot number.. might be in the system notes?
