Does anyone here use NetSuite connector aka far app? and Having issues with Amazon orders?

We use NS Connector, but haven't seen any issues in a bit. We had some a couple weeks ago, but it turned out Amazon was having the issue, not NS. What are you seeing?

the issue is the address is not updating on our merchant fulfilled orders

Sort of. I can’t seem to get Customer Support to fix anything. They keep telling me I have to hire ACS.

We are currently having issues with the Product Sync for Walmart. Walmart changed the item feed spec. I contacted Support to update the feed spec in the Connector. They did so and I had to rebuild the mapping. After doing so, I’m now getting two different errors. One error tells me that I must map the required field,
mainImageURL
. I sent them screenshots that this field was properly mapped and included screenshots of the Item record in NetSuite having a value in the image field. The other error is I need to map the required field
visible
, which does not exist in the mapping drop downs on any of the product categories.
I’m going to make one more attempt to submit these as separate support cases since this happened immediately after they upgraded the feed version and I created the new mapping.
Our Account Manager is a new guy right out of college and is actually making things worse instead of helping.
All of the issues I’ve had with NetSuite over this connector are driving me to make my own connector and put them out of the connector business.

That's not good... No one at our company has told me that there are WMM issues, but hopefully it's not hitting us rather than no one has noticed.

It really only applies if you are using the full Walmart Product Sync and your seller account was upgrade to the new Item Feed Spec. I think it’s currently at 4.8. Which BTW, NetSuite said it couldn’t upgrade to 4.8 and could only go as far as 4.5 and our problems are related to a botched implementation and therefore has to be totally scrapped. Guess who has to do that? ACS. I absolute am calling BS on all this, of course since this all defies any logic.

we only use Price/Quantity Sync we never trusted Farapp and Walmart ( which is asleep at the wheel ) Product Sync

What I proposed was, we manually import the products into the seller account and turn on the price/quantity sync and call it a day.

NetSuite clearly has zero interest in providing any customer service on this product, almost as if they really do not want you to use it but gladly take your licensing fee.
The experience has been the most bizarre and frustrating experience I’ve had with NetSuite since I started working with the platform in 2010.

Walmart back-end is a legacy system and the only way to connect to a lot of stuff is csv upload/download

yes quality of the connector has gone down since they bought it from Farapp, they don't prioritize resources for its devolpers manufactuer, etc

We aren’t going to be adding products constantly so uploading via CSV will work. For now.
