our tracking numbers are not passing through to customers, and i just stumbled onto this within an item fulfillment page > packages > tracking number > linked URL= javascript:void nlOpenWindow(%22/app/common/shipping/packagetracker.nl?id=583312%22,%20%22packagetrackingnumberfedexpopup%22,%20%22width=750,height=1000,resizable=yes,scrollbars=yes%22) the tracking number is correct, but the URL that is linked to the tracking number is this ... and that's returning an err

Not an expert on this but are these for FedEx? I’m aware there is an issue related to this, which is documented on this page https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N2462284.html#bridgehead_N2462358
Note: FedEx uses a dynamic tracking link based on load balancing. This could mean that in some cases your customers’ tracking links redirect to a Page Not Found page on the FedEx website. In these cases, your customers can enter their tracking number into FedEx’s tracking website to view tracking information.
If this is you, then we have an open issue for it (644616) if you want to submit a case and have it attached to it

for us it seems to be USPS proving the most problematic
(and FWIW - this is a USPS shipment... but for some reason it's pulling a fedex URL)
