We've got a support ticket with the SuiteCloud Customization team that was sent over from the NetSuite Support team. After the handoff we stopped getting any communication from NetSuite on the issue, even when we reply to the ticket asking for an update. How do you get NetSuite to actually reply to Customization tickets? 😕
