Hi! On one of our NS accounts with SCA 2022.1.0, when we try to open up SMT, login with NS credentials and Choose role -> Administrator, we are getting stuck at the loading screen. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what could be the possible reasons for the SMT portal getting stuck at loading screen?

no luck with finding stuff in Chrome devtools?

Bcz I am me and I am too afraid of unknown errors which pop-up in chrome console so I try my best to ignore them. Therefore, @Philip Denys, I thank you to remind me that we should always view and observe the errors in console. We were facing:

Refused to frame '<URL>' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors <URL>"

. Still not sure what that means exactly but upon further exploration we got a hint about an SCA customization we did in the recent past. We reverted that customization and SMT started working.
