BofA has its own app, I suggest you use it (your customer needs to start conversation with the bank)

if you can help it do not use BankFeeds, it is not consistently reliable. Create SFTP and use that, helps security as well. you do not depend on BankFeeds limitation, either. Incoming is ABSI (based on SFTP as well).
