@priyanka90 The role record is not entirely scriptable. You can search for them and look up fields but that is it. And even that it wierd.

No. You may wish to go back and re-think why this is being required, and find another way of accomplishing the larger goal. NetSuite clearly does not want access to be automated in any way. It carries some danger of being exploited and risking the data in the account.
