@Alli Deacon depending on the situation, you could leverage the ExternalId field, or you can define a custom field of any type and use that as the XRef field, though NetSuite won’t enforce uniqueness of it, so you may need an additional method to prevent or detect duplicate values, depending on how often new entries will be created
