There is a way to pull up ONLY the Drop Ship (Not Special Order) Purchaser Orders from Purchase Order search?

A couple ways - if you are looking at line level data, the applied to link type will tell you. If not, you can use the Custom Form field - it should indicate whether it's a drop ship form, assuming you are using different forms for them (which is the default behavior). Also, looking at the ship-to address can be an indication.
